The stitches-per-minute figure on an industrial sewing machine is a top speed nobody sews at all day. What matters more is whether it handles your fabric without skipping.
Description
Industrial sewing machines are single-purpose by design. A lockstitch machine does straight seams. An overlock finishes edges and stops fraying. A bartack reinforces stress points. A garment workshop needs several different machines, not one machine that does several things badly.
Servo motors have replaced clutch motors on most new machines and it's a real improvement. A clutch motor spins constantly whether you're sewing or not, burning power and making noise. A servo only runs when the pedal moves. Quieter, and noticeably cheaper to run when you've got twenty machines in a room and diesel to pay for.
Your fabric decides more than the machine's headline speed does. Denim, leather and heavy canvas need a machine built for them: stronger feed, bigger needle range, sometimes a walking foot. Running heavy fabric on a light machine gives you skipped stitches, broken needles and a machine that wears out early.
Frequency is 50Hz in China, same as here, so a Chinese machine's motor runs at the speed it was designed for.
Match the machine to the fabric
Top speed is not working speed. Nobody runs at the maximum figure all day. Operator skill, fabric and seam complexity set your real output, and they matter more than the number on the spec sheet.
Heavy fabric needs a heavy machine. Denim, leather and canvas need proper feed mechanisms and needle capacity. A light machine forced onto heavy work skips stitches and dies young.
Servo motors save real money. Clutch motors spin all day whether you're sewing or not. Across a workshop full of machines the difference in your power bill is significant.
One machine per job. Lockstitch, overlock and bartack are different machines. Plan the set you need, because a workshop with only lockstitch machines can't finish edges properly.

Ordering the whole workshop at once brings freight and clearing per machine down a lot, and it means you start production with a complete line instead of waiting on the missing piece.
What decides the right one
What you're making. Uniforms, bags, denim and leather goods all need different machines, and the products decide the set.
Then fabric weight, which decides the class of machine. This is where people get caught, usually by buying light machines and discovering their fabric is too heavy.
Then automation, weighed against your labour. Auto-trim and auto-backtack cost more and pay back through output per operator, which matters more the more machines you're running.

What spares should I order
Needles in the sizes you use, bobbins, belts and feed dogs. Cheap, small, and they stop a machine dead when you run out.
